Participants understand that recorded sessions may be edited into promotional materials, case studies, testimonials, educational content, and marketing videos. This includes showing participant names, company information, business challenges, and solutions provided. The Host may use these materials for business development, client acquisition, social media marketing, and educational purposes without additional compensation to participants.

Participant Problem Disclosure

By requesting assistance or sharing business challenges during the Webinar, participants acknowledge that their problems, use cases, and the solutions provided may be used by the Host for educational purposes, case studies, and service development, with participant names and identifying details anonymized where appropriate.

Assumption of Risk; Limitation of Liability

Participants understand that live support, screen‑sharing, and streaming involve risks, including inadvertent disclosure of sensitive data; participants assume all risks from participation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Host disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; any direct liability is limited to the amount paid (if free, then zero). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; rights may vary.
